Type: Feature Request

When I have swithc my branch from branch AA to branch BB so any file in branch AA is doesn't have in branch BB.

-Any time I have working in branch AA on file templateA.html So I will pin it for to do. but when I have switch my branch to do in branch BB it still pin templateA.html, But templateA.html doesn't have in branch BB.

-branch AA I have pin templateA.html
-branch BB I have pin templateB.html
When I switch branch the pin will be fowlling that.
