Issue Type: Performance Issue

No matter what I do, VSCode will not let me run PHP as my executable path is invalid. I have tried every how-to and tutorial, and nothing works. Please help me I have been trying to resolve this issue for almost a month. How do I get PHP to work in VS Code?
