I don't see on the GitHub Copilot page any mention to the Completions Panel you can open with Ctrl+Enter (the command is github.copilot.generate)

Is it intended (maybe too niche/unstable feature) or can I draft a PR with a paragraph and a screenshot for that?

Hi @Balastrong Thanks for calling this out. The Completions Panel is an early user model for how people can review and accept Copilot suggestions and the VS Code documentation is directing users towards the other Copilot integrations (editor ghost text suggestions, inline Chat, Quick Chat).
Let's hold on adding this and see how that UI develops as the Copilot extensions move out of preview
