[React] npm lists an old version as latest release #400

@types/react lists a version for React 15 as latest release. Latest release is 16.0.*, but npm says 15.6.6

Files are exported from this url (for older versions of react):
https://github.com/DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped/tree/master/types/react/v15

While they should be exported from this url: https://github.com/DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped/tree/master/types/react
