Latest react-native typings changes were missed

Last 0.44.15 version tarball has timestamp 2017-06-30T21:46:31.279Z and not include changes in this pull request DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped/pull/17622, which according to github.com was merged at 2017-06-30T21:57:11Z. That's seems to be fine as merge happened later, but there is no newer version available in npm registry.

I'm unsure if this is related, but the changes from DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped#17776 are also not published to npm yet. It is a very recent merge (8 hours ago), but wondering if there's an issue since the DefinitelyTyped readme says it usually publishes everything in master every hour.
