Add a "tab busy indicator" to show when a tab has belled or has output #1620

Summary of the new feature/enhancement

if something output to tab which no in view, give it a sign, mean something output in that tab, but you no watch it, has below

1

green point and blue background mean tab which in your view, green point and white background mean tab no in your view and nothing output in that tab, exclamation mark and white background mean tab no in your view and something output in that tab

You mean if something changes in the buffer and that tab isn't focused, you want some kind of indicator? I like the idea.

Oh my gosh we should be tracking this with the rest of #6700 & #7955

Would be really useful!

That's how iTerm does it on mac for example:

I guess it should only appear if a newline has been printed, no need to show the indicator if a progress bar has progressed for example.

I've also got notes and prototypes in #7955 (comment). Nothing that's ready to ship, but if someone was enterprising, we could probably whip that into a PR without too mich work ☺️
