I am reopening a problem from the issue #2339. On specific circumstances and my current knowledge, there is no way to succeed when running Run-AlPipeline commandlet (probably the same situation for Run-AlValidation; maybe Run-AlCops as well).
I am getting the error AS0064: Implementation of interface 'MissingInterface' has been deleted on Codeunit 'xxxxxxxxxx'.
It is caused by steps described and disccused with @qutreson in AL issues 7662. Using baselinePackageCachePath property in AppSourceCop.json as recommended, I have solved the compiler error on development side, but as I expected, the problem has been moved to the validation pipeline (with Run-AlPipeline).
I am not sure if #2339 was solved "over time" on itself or "by a design/code".
Can any combination of "path" settings solve this or do we really need "baselinePackageCachePath" setup?
For now, I can handle it by 2-steps-publishing, but it would be great to have a solution.
