Bridge to Kubernetes missing Kubernetes option in "Add Container Orchestrator Support" dialog #331

When bringing up this subject with support, they keep bringing up that we should be using "Bridge to Kubernetes". Ex: Kubernetes Support options is missing in VS2022 Preview 3.1
So, opening this issue here since support thinks this extension replaces everything that was in the old Visual Studio Tools for Kubernetes.

Did you not even read my post?? There is features missing in Bridge to Kubernetes that we used in the older extension.. There is NO kubernetes option for VS 2022.
