Steps to reproduce the bug

The indeterminant progress bar for creating, deleting, resuming dev boxes is too distracting. After a clean up deleting a few dev boxes and creating a new one I had to kill the app because the stack of fast moving full screen progress bars was too much to handle. These progress bars run for 10's of minutes. They should be something much subtler like a light 3 dots animating or a small slow spinner.

Progress bars are too agressive.
