Missing bar in plotted waterfall chart after clicking Save

Some bar is not plotted when designing with Stacked Y.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load below CSV data to a table

1991,10,Increase
1992,20,Increase
1993,50,Increase
1994,-20,Decrease
1995,-10,Decrease
1996,15,Increase

3. Click on 'Create Chart'
4. Drag 'Scaffold Vertical Line' to Plot
5. Add 'Rectangle Marks' to Glyph
6. Drag 'Year' to X Axis in Plot
7. Drag 'Change' to Glyph's Height
8. Click 'Save', and the bar of '1994' is missing from the plot

Expected behavior
All bars should remain visible after 'Save'
