Microsoft Advertising Beacon "overrides" other Advertisments

Describe the bug
App Advertisements using any of the apis (BluetoothLEAdvertisementPublisher or GattServiceProvider) are "overriden" by Microsoft Advertising Beacon.
They appear and dissapear randomly.
See the screenshot attached.
In case of GattServiceProvider it makes impossible e.g. to write to characteristic in a predictable manner(it may or may not be available).

To Reproduce
Deploy and run AdvertsingSample on Hololens2 (21H1 bute tested with newest update as well)

Expected behavior

• No Microsoft Advertising Beacon
• user's advertisments should not dissapear
