I'd like to add an issue to a Gitlab project from a Teams message.

Describe the solution you'd like

A createIssue action (using https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/issues.html#new-issue). Perhaps an addIssueComment may also be a good idea.

Describe alternatives you've considered

copy/paste the message content to the issue then copy/paste back the link to issue
