ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED in browser

I am working the following lab:

I did step 10 and now Jenkins is refusing to connect. I have rebooted Jenkins, my browser, the computer etc. I am not able to connect though the Putty tunnel & Browser. I am still able to log into the console. I reviewed /var/lib/Jenkins/config.xml but couldn't find a way to undo steps 8 - 10.

I am facing similar/same issue. All the steps completed successfully including the release process.
But while accessing the MRP app on port 9080 from browser (chrome) I get ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED error. Is it true that we cannot access VM from Browser?
