By the time CodeQL is ran during our existing StorageExplorer_Compliance build, the native source code for our various native modules is gone (npm deletes them after compiling the native modules). Let's add dedicated jobs to building native components that we ship to the StorageExplorer_Compliance build, a job per platform, to make sure the native source code is scanned.
