Add an ability to have shortened URL land on a page which shows you what the shortened url resolves to with a button to continue navigating to the page.

One of the worst things about url shorteners is that they are often abused to hide suspicious or malicious urls. It would be really great for users to be able to see the final redirect before they get sent there.
