As part of the work required by microprofile/microprofile-wg#65.

Currently, we have documentation for:

Build, run and test Microprofile Website Bot: https://github.com/microprofile/microprofile-site/blob/website-improve/README.adoc
Microprofile Website preview: https://github.com/microprofile/microprofile-site/blob/website-improve/docs/README.adoc

The purpose of this Github issue is to create unified documentation with overall architecture that can be added to the repository.
