Simple generalization of stars.py

[microprediction]

As a little starter exercise, I hope someone can generalize the stars.py script at https://github.com/microprediction/microprediction/tree/master/stream_examples_stars to include multiple repositories. This would be a nice way to encourage maintainers of analytics packages to participate!
