Distance decay plots-reg

Hello team

I was wondering is there any possibility of developing a wrapper for Distance decay plots, seems this kind of plots are frequently used in biogeographical microbial diversity research work.

Also for the time being is there a way to generate graph like this using available microbiome/phyloseq packages

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Currently not readily available but I think this would be easy to add. This may take some time, though. PRs are also welcome but we might need to see if the formatting etc is compatible with the other tools. I leave this open and hopefully we can come back to it soonish.
