Fractional size for dock height in dash to dock settings on RHEL 9

How can I disable the fractional size for setting the dock size in Position and Size ? I only get numbers followed by a dot and another number ie. 28.4 or 32.8, instead of the normal 28 or 32 that is present on all other distros.
