saving error #13

I got a issue while trying to save the file as:

Save failed
Upload to wiki failed!
Error: Internal Server Error
Check javascript console for details.

I used the latest version of DrawioEditor and
MediaWiki | 1.31.1
PHP | 7.3.0RC6 (apache2handler)
MySQL | 5.5.62-0ubuntu0.14.04.1

I got the exact same error. I have a configuration similar to yours.
