问题描述

SQL CASE自动保存后没有变更记录

重现步骤

1、原来的内容如下
image
2、在 SQL CASE中修改SQL脚本，并执行
image

3、将SQL CASE关闭再重新打开，发现SQL脚本已经是修改过的内容
image

4、但是变更记录中没有内容
image

期待的正确结果

No response
