Setting limits on the size of imzML/idb files

We need to set a limit on the size of ibd or imzML+ibd files on the frontend side. We had a previous conversation and believed that this limit should be 50 GB. It is also necessary to add information for the user who exceeds the limit (popup?).

And I also need information about the sizes of the ibd/mzML files in the message that is sent from the web app to sm-api.
