out.delta when running in parallel

Hello,

I'm finding scaffold_builder useful for a pipeline I am putting together (thanks!), but note that nucmer is not given the user defined prefix and briefly writes to out.delta before being passed to show-coords, which causes problems if multiple jobs are running at the same time from the same directory.
