chat logs infinitely repeating last 2 msgs #136

Not sure what condition makes this happen (never seen it before tonight) but basically last 2 messages repeatedly appear at the bottom every second or so. Seeing it on #mendicant currently but not #mendicant-alumni. Looks like UW.Logs ajax call is repeatedly running. Seems to happen regardless of scrollbar position, i.e. probably not related to infinite scroll. Browser I'm using is Chrome.
