Add unread indicator to readable items

Rather than making titles bold, use a blue indicator to show items are unread. Those indicators should be clickable and mark the item as read (ASYNC).

That's very good idea because currently we don't have any differences between seeing articles on index and show page, but I have to go to show page to mark it as read. This enhancement will make it easy to mark articles as read. I could start to work on this one.
