Add some notion of progress, only the total number of deltas is logged, make similar logging as we do under snapshot recovery. The main issue is that if WAL file is large + operations are not consuming the same time. It might happen that in production, recovery tasks longer and then the operator doesn't know what is going on and how long it might take.
