想實現論文中Anisotropic Gaussian kernels的相關實現，實際操作就是使用Options/Setting2/Train/train_setting2_x4.yml的設定
其中因為是實現4倍超分，所以Kernel設置為31x31，如圖:

則會出現以下Bug

當我把31x31改成21x21時，則不會出現問題，想請問作者這個部分要怎麼去解決?
