I'm trying to start Franz and the message appears::
Click Open Slack to launch the desktop app. Not working? You can also use Slack in the browser.

I have has the same issue for a few days now. Which is frustrating as I have a bunch of Slack workspaces on Franz that are not usable anymore. Screenshot attached if it helps.
I have also tried some of the recommended actions for services not loading (remove partition folder and clear cche). But no luck.

I have the same problem. Is there coming any fix for this?

This seems to have been fixed with the latest version. I had to fetch it manually on the Franz website because it wasn't showing any updates available. But working all good now!

Thanks! Works! Wonder why the auto update will not update to latest version.

I have never seen this issue before, but it has appeared out of the blue for me now.
It was working just fine yesterday, today I start my PC + Franz and I get the behavior described above.

In addition, I get a windows popup telling me I should download the appropriate app:

Clearing the Cache didn't help at all.

Franz Version 5.9.2
Windows 11 Version 22H2 (Build 22621.2283)

I've updated to Franz 5.10 and the issue is now gone!
I didn't know there was a new version out, the update checker in 5.9.2 didn't find anything.. 🤷‍♂️
