Setup a network with static IP's

What paths? Is this still an issue?

The current config uses port forwarding and public networks. port forwarding can be used with localhost on the host machine while in a public networks, the guest machine gets assigned a public (and therefore dynamic, network-dependent) IP.
A private network with static IPs for the machine may be worth setting up for non-localhost tests.
