Add Rumble Support

The Platform Rumble has significantly expanded over time, prompting me to explore videos on Rumble as an alternative to YouTube, where some content is unavailable due to censorship.

yt-dlp already supports Rumble (https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp/blob/master/supportedsites.md)

I would like to suggest the inclusion of Rumble support in Tube Sync. Currently, there is no other tool available that offers this capability. Therefore, it would be highly beneficial if you could implement Rumble support in Tube Sync. Your efforts in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
