UI bug: Variant options popover appears behind content

Describe the bug

Visual bug where while editing a product variants, the triple dot menu popup appears behind the alert and the triple dot button. See image attached for more info.

System information

Medusa version (including plugins): 1.20.4
Node.js version: v20.11.0
Database: Postgres 16
Operating system: MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1
Browser (if relevant): Arc (Chromium)

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to the Admin page
2. Click on Products
3. Click on + New Product button
4. Open the Variants accordion
5. Add an Option
6. Add multiple Variants
7. Press three dots or hover over warning icon
8. See the error occur

Expected behavior

The popover should appear above the button that toggled it as well as the warning icon.
