Configurable Bot log limits (>10k)

When Bots are processing ORMs and ORUs, the 10k log limit may cutoff critical data (especially for large ORUs).

I would propose that the Resource logging stays at 10k limit, but when the Audit Event Destination is set to log this output should be configurable (some upper bound) or just take the max Lambda log output
