Describe the issue
The cht-form tests are designed to cover UI workflows and were initially considered e2e tests. However, they do not track behavior throughout the entire system, and the database is not involved. Therefore, they cannot be classified as e2e tests.

Move the cht-form tests into the tests/integration directory.
