update mediaelement plugin for wordpress

I maybe needed in the future project an working plugin for Wordpress

Due to changes in Wordpress an simple update turned into a complete disaster.. Mainly due to changes with the new Gutenburg Editor and the old player having problems with it.

I am currently using the build version that I created a few days ago.

I think currently about 90% is done. The next part is mainly rewriting and improving the readme files (Both for readme.md and readme.txt)

I think it is most is finished after I changed stretching to fill it worked fine.

The only issues left is improving documentation and upload it to Wordpress SVN.

@johndyer I don't know it is possible to alter https://wordpress.org/plugins/media-element-html5-video-and-audio-player/ with the new version?

Has it been merged ? I mean, not as a plugin, but in wordpress core ?

No.. And I think it won't happen also. I think it is quite reasonable with the new Gutterberg blocks Wordpress is slowly phasing out MeJS as default player...
