Error while adding recipes through API

Hello, I'm trying to add a bunch of recipes I have through the API. I already learnt the hard way that I can't do that with the Create One endpoint.
I've successfully created new recipe with the Create One endpoint providing just the recipe's name.

Now I'm trying to make a PATCH call to the Patch One endpoint like this:

I expected to have the tags added to the recipe and if they are not already present in the DB that they are created.

I also tried to pass each tag as a dict with the name and slug keys but get the same error.
Am I missing something?

Yes, that's seems to be the same issue.
