In late 2015, the HTML spec was updated to merge DOMSettableTokenList into DOMTokenList. It appears that no MDN page exists for DOMSettableTokenList. So the inheritance for this can be safely removed.
Note that I'll be filling out notes about this change on appropriate pages in the BCD.

I've removed DOMSettableTokenList in both places:

I'm hoping we can get rid of one of these soon, if we can work out whether the former is not being used anywhere.

We currently record this information in two places, which is obviously not needed, but I'm currently updating both places because I don't know for sure if we both or not.

I couldn't find DomSettableTokenList anywhere,
