New versions / maintaining this..

Hi,

First of all, thanks for moving this into GitHub.

I'm a little confused about the state of play with dday.ical. Obs the original repo was on sourceforge, and looks like it's had very little loving of late.

Are we to consider this to be the new "official" home for the library now? If so, we need to sort nuget out so that we publish this to nuget if/when needed. Has anyone tried to contact Doug about this?

I'm happy to help where I can - if you can give me an update then I'll try to chip in.
