[Expanded Information] Rhino: 7.32.23199.07001 (Rhino 7) Revit: 2022.1.4 (22.1.40.58) CLR: 4.0.30319.42000 (4.8.9167.0)
When a change is made to the Instance Parameter Origin Level Offset existing groups are unpinned and new ones created.
In the zipped gh file i used 4 walls in a model group to duplicate the issue.
