Invalid password after container has been running for an hour or so

Hi - I have an otherwise properly working server that I can connect to on startup of the container, but after an hour or so (unsure on exact timing), anyone else trying to connect will get an invalid password response. If a connected user logs out and tries to reconnect, they will also get an invalid password response.

So far the only fix I have found is to restart the container. I'm pretty new to docker, so I am not sure what the best way to troubleshoot this is. Any advice or tips on where to look for log files, etc, would be appreciated.

Check to see if systemd-oom isn't killing the process (if using a more recent version of *buntu server)

You didn't state if the server was in fact still live and active via huginn either.

Yes. the config.json does contain the appropriate password

it shouldnt be possible for the password to change on a running instance, the only things that could cause that are bad memory or a corrupt server installation 0.o

I agree, the more time I spend poking at this, the less I think it's actually a bad password vs something else stopping the connection. When things are functional, I see log entries when players connect. When it fails with a "wrong password" error, I don't see any of that and the player count in the server browser in Valhiem will be wrong. Maybe something with it losing connectivity to playfab?

in the logs is it disconnecting and reconnecting the playfab connection?

It is not, I've seen some other reddit threads about that, but I have not experienced those errors. When it stops taking the password, I don't see any log entries at all that would reflect a user connecting.
