pkg-config changes are improperly taken into account

When doing a managed build project, using the pkg-config integration doesn't work really well: you have to close and reopen the project for the pkg-config settings changes to be taken into account.

Also, libraries that are found through pkg-config are listed multiple times in the project properties.
