Really only just discovered r/ bwf and your app. Looks fantastic! Thanks for your work!

As per the Recommended Routine FAQ
https://www.reddit.com/r/bodyweightfitness/wiki/kb/recommended_routine#wiki_do_i_rest_90sec_between_every_exercise.3F.2Fsomething_confused_something_how_into_pairs

Exercises should be paired if you meet the requirements.

+1 — for beginners it's very confusing to have to manually navigate from

pull-ups to dips,
back to pull ups,
forward to dips,
back to pull-ups,
forward to dips,

then finally having to remember to now move

forward to squats,
forward to L-sits,
back to squats,
forward to L-sits,
back to squats,
forward to L-sits,

etc.etc.

Please have a look at the Seven app https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/seven-7-minute-workout-training-challenge/id650276551?mt=8 for some inspiration.

I'm currently working on pairing exercises in my fork of this project.

Other things coming in my version:

  • Added skin the cat to skill work as per RR
  • changed tucked back lever to timed exercise

PS: First of all i need to get comfortable with java though i'm coming from javascript programming.
