Add docs on new email heatmap feature

I just tested out this feature I want to add this under Emails Delivery. Is that okay?

Yeah that would be perfect, on the 5.x branch as it's going only into 5.0 :)

Most of the docs are on the main branch including the section i want to add

We probably need to make a PR to merge main -> 5.x in that case, as I haven't done that in quite a while.

Aaah I see. Do I wait till when this is done before proceeding with the changes

@fakela we've resolved conflicts and merged main into 5.x so feel free to go ahead and make the PR, just be sure to sync your fork first!
