When i drag my cursor to the bottom of the screen to my taskbar and it pops up, the image become a lot more clear. Is this intentional, or a way to fix this?

this is what i would like it to look like, but normally it looks a lot more blurry. In case this wasnt clear or if it matters or not, but this is on the website (https://matthewbauer.us/gametime-player/)
