libretro npm package

Hey @matthewbauer!

I am part of the libretro team, and see that you currently own the libretro npm package.

You've done some really great work on getting libretro to work on the web, and I'm looking to help push it forwards. Was wondering if you could add me as a maintainer on the package?

I haven't pushed what we have in the WebAssembly-space forwards yet, but am looking for possibilities on how it could look like in npm. Do you have any additional plans for it?

Yeah, I can add you as maintainer.

Currently, I don't have any plans for WebAssembly support. Right now, I'm mainly just trying to fix bugs in a timely manner - new features are not being added. Everything works reasonably, but obviously it's a pretty minimal implementaion. If you'd like to help out, that would be great!
