A approach to change the position of properties each other inside detail view

How important this is to me and why

Importance: Medium

Use cases:

in the grid view, select any item.
click the "open" button which inside "Name" column.
open the detail view of item.
drag and drop a property.
change the positon of property selected by the drop positon.

OS and version (current using)

Windows 10
v7.10.6
