It might make sense to move https://github.com/matrix-org/glossary (and the repo it mentions) inside the docs matrix.org page instead.
It seems like a logical place people would be looking for something like this outside of spec itself.

(cc @turt2live anything from your or I guess SCT side against doing this?)

No major concerns from my side. The glossary repo was always meant to be temporary, and it was easier to create a new repo than it was figure out the build engine for the website.

My request would be that wherever the glossary lives, it is extremely easy to contribute to: the contributor should not have to learn a build system in order to add to it.
