I have momentarily added the OS distributions that fail to the "allow_failures" list in .travis.yml

matricali added a commit that referenced this issue Dec 12, 2019
Removed debian/wheezy from allow_failures due to the merge of packpack/packpack-docker-images#40. Related to #7
