Modify cursors to be as consistent as possible #3

Once we make all the cursors I believe its best if they are checked for consistency in boldness, color, size etc. They also need to be made sure they are following MD System Icons Guidelines since MD has no guidelines regarding cursors :)

@ibeliever If you plan on using this theme, do you have a specific size in mind? Right now they are 48x48.
