Panel overflow on server about page

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Go to a server's about page, e.g. vis.social/about
2. See how the info in the lefthand panel overflows at the bottom but does not offer a scrollbar.

Expected behaviour

This info should be visible via some means

This is not specific to the info page. I am not sure we want to handle this case, it seem pretty rare to have a low height but a width large enough to not trigger the small device layout?

I'm viewing on a laptop that is 1920 x 1080 with everything set to default...
That doesn't seem like it would be rare.

This happens because of the significant space taken by the OS' task bar and the browser chrome, as well as the longer-than-average short server description.

I am not sure what a proper fix should be.

EDIT: This is also worse in main because of #28119 increasing the margin-bottom on .search from 10px to 32px
