Adding relays stuck in "Waiting for relay's approval" even though it was approved.

I'm having issues here. Relays won't be accepted and are stuck on "Waiting for relay's approval".

According to relay homepage it has been approved and added:

Re-adding the relay does not help either.

How can I investigate this further? Running v4.2.8
